BeSeen Marketing LLC (dba BeHome Marketing) provides custom digital marketing services, including Facebook and Google Ads management, strategy consulting, and campaign execution. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following fulfillment, refund, and service terms.

1. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and time-based nature of our work – including strategy development, campaign setup, and third-party integrations – all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any services once work has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Campaign builds

  • Strategy calls or planning sessions
  • Account setup or audits

  • Ongoing subscription-based services (e.g., PPC, SEO, or social media management)

  • One-time deliverables

Setup fees and third-party advertising spend (e.g., Facebook/Google ad budgets) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you believe a charge was made in error or require clarification about a charge, please contact us at info@beseen.marketing and we will promptly review your case.

2. Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally. Upon confirmation of payment and onboarding materials, we will begin fulfilling services as outlined in your proposal or onboarding documentation. All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise noted.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Strategy & Planning Sessions: Scheduled within 3–5 business days of payment and intake.

  • Campaign Launches (e.g., Facebook/Google Ads): Typically within 7–10 business days, depending on scope and readiness of client assets.

  • Ongoing Services: Delivered on a rolling basis per your monthly agreement.

Deliverables may be provided through email, shared cloud folders, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana), or virtual meetings. Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, content, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

3. Service Satisfaction Policy

We aim to deliver exceptional work that aligns with your business goals. If you have concerns about the service provided, please reach out within 14 days of delivery at info@beseen.marketing.

While we do not offer refunds, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to address concerns through clarification or revision, provided they fall within the original scope of work.

4. Cancellation Policy

For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly ad management), you may cancel at any time by emailing info@beseen.marketing before your next billing date.
Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
